RESCO is responsible to bridge the gap between main contractor and consultant "representative of owner" in the final stages of delivery which follow the construction stage.

Therefore, RESCO benefited from the expertise of its staff in the field of construction, inspection and QA/QC by translating this experience, by applying a visual inspection, verifying, confirming, ensuring, checking and reporting the final status of equipment through procedures known as:

• Mechanical Completion
• Pre-commissioning process

RESCO's mission is to accomplish the above tasks after finishing construction works stage and to carry out “if necessary” any required maintenance, repair, welding, dismantlement and re-installation for electro-mechanical equipments, pipes and tanks to meet the owner requirements according to agreed specifications in contract, supported by the signed quality control papers by the relevant parties.

Mechanical Completion

Our integrated services will continue beyond the completion of the mechanical and electrical installations of the project to include the mechanical completion for all kind of equipments. The nature of our work at this stage is represented as a third party to deliver the installation works that were carried out in the construction stage for the owner and his consultant with papers and reports that take into account the highest professional standards and quality control we have, This task will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Verify equipment release note signed and all vendor and equipment receipt punch-list items are cleared. Alignment process for pumps and other rotary machines
• Confirm equipment installed in accordance with manufacturer’s Instructions.
• Instruments / Valves / Strainers as per vendor P&ID.
• Visually inspect equipment for external damage including paintwork, grouting damages, misalignment in suction/ discharge flanges, insulation and …etc.
• Ensure coupling alignment complete and correct according to the accepted readings.
• Check all bolts are torque up correctly
• Check lubrication System. Ensure correct quantity & grade of lubricant is installed and …etc

Pre-commissioning

• Confirm that the Mechanical Completion form for the equipments has been completed and any Punch list and/or Mechanical check list if any have been completed and no subsequent damage has occurred since the Mechanical Completion checks were done.
• Check the motor vibration level
• Check motor bearings temperature.
• Complete a Test Report and ensure this is attached together with this form.
• Record any additional checks that may have been performed as requested within the system procedure and …etc
